KOL Program is launched. Users can now submit KOL applications on the Referral tab. After approval by the operator, the KOL will receive a certain percentage of the commission from the protocol fee of each Jasper Vault Degen option transaction of the invited user.
Option quotes use the latest quote API.

When users click on the link with referral code and enter Referral, if the current user has no inviter, the referral code will be automatically filled in the invitation code input box.

When a user submits a Degen Option order and pays the protocol fee, Japser Vault will charge 23.08% of the protocol fee as platform handling fee.

Users can now see the invitee’s options trading volume on Jasper Vault in "Referral" page.

After the DEGEN Option transaction fails, the user can initiate a request for refund of the protocol fee from the "Portfolio" page.
