# Fees Structure

**Distribution of Premiums**: 76% of the collected premiums are distributed to liquidity providers (LPs) based on their share in the corresponding liquidity pool/vault.

**Distribution of Protocol Fee**:

* Referral commissions are allocated directly in accordance with the stipulations of the referrals/KOL program.
* The remainder of the fee serves as platform income.
