Fees Structure

Jasper Vault collects a total of 23.5% in fees on the payment made by an option buyer, ensuring comprehensive service provision including listing, pricing, and settlement. Below is a breakdown of how these fees are allocated:

Division of Payment

• 10% of the total payment is a transaction fee charged to the buyer.

• 90% of the payment is recognized as the premium for the option.

Premium and Service Fee

• From the premium, 15% is retained by Jasper Vault as a service fee to support the services provided to liquidity providers and sellers.
